Citizen’s Advice and the Mortgage Industry Lock Horn

In a recent report titled, “set up for a fall” the Citizen’s advice bureau has criticized the mortgage industry for not being lenient enough with borrowers who are struggling to meet repayments. The report has also been criticized by the mortgage lenders council.
